Quick Weight Loss Plan

No one likes to be fat.  I never did, but it seemed I just could not get rid of my "baby" fat.  Oh, I tried a lot of the fad diets, but I always gained any weight I lost right back within a few weeks.  You know, like a yo-yo.

When I had my heart attack, I knew something had to be done or else I'd be six feet under if and when I would have another one.  Somethings just wake you up in life.  So, if you are over weight and don't like it, I want to tell you how I lost my life threating pounds.

How the quick weight loss plan I used works! 

It seems your metabolism is to blame. When you try to cut calories by not eating, your metabolism will adjust itself by burning fewer calories each day. So, if you eat 2500 calories each day, your metabolism will attempt to burn 2500 calories each day. If you eat only 1000 calories each day, your metabolism will attempt to burn only 1000 calories each day. So, you ain't gonna lose weight by starving yourself. Who wants to run around hungry any way?

The quick weight loss plan I found that worked for me was The Hospital Diet.

How the diet works and the way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism. It takes a few days for your metabolism to adjust itself, and that is what this diet is all about. It will force fat burning to happen by cheating your metabolism.

What I really liked about this quick weight loss plan is that I didn't have to do any physical exercise to lose my extra baggage (I'm a little on the lazy side, if you know what I mean). I found out I was overweight for the most simple reasons (and it wasn't my lack of exercise). I was eating the wrong food, in the wrong patterns and the wrong types of calories each day. When I made a few simple changes in my diet, WOW, I really stated to drop the pounds.
