Smothered Perogies - a Ten Minute Supper
Quick, Easy, and Delicious
Frozen perogies
Ready to serve bacon
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Start with enough frozen perogies to feed your family. (We usually use a large bag or 3 boxes to feed a family of four) Make the perogies according to the directions.
While the perogies are cooking, warm up the bacon, cut each slice into four pieces, and set it aside.
Let the perogies drain, then place 4 or 5 on a plate per serving, cover them with shredded cheese and bacon and place in a microwave until the cheese melts. Top with the sour cream and serve. This is guaranteed to become a favorite dish.

Mouth Watering, Easy French Onion Soup
Tastes like you've been cooking all day, yet takes just minutes to make
1 large can of sliced or pieces of mushrooms
2 minute steaks
1 pkg. of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 loaf of french bread
Add water to the onion soup mix as directed and begin to cook. Cut up the minute steaks into small pieces and add to the soup. Open the can of mushrooms and add that to the soup. Cut or tear up the bread into small pieces and place several in the bottom of each of your soup bowls. When the soup has finished cooking pour it into the bowls and then sprinkle with shredded cheese. This is unbelievably delicious and will bring you praise for your cooking skills.

Sweet Sensations Fast Fudge
Melts in your mouth
3 Cups of chocolate chips (dark or milk)
4 Tbs. Butter
1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk
Coat a 9x9 pan with butter or cooking spray. Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave for one minute at a time, stir and continue melting until all the chips are melted and the mixture has a smooth consistancy. (To be creative, mix in any other flavored chip with the chocolate ones, like raspberry or butterscotch.) Blend in sweetened condensed milk. Place mixture in pan, cover and set in refrigerator to cool. Once the fudge has set, it's done. Cut into squares and enjoy the tase of mouth watering goodness.

Fast Stroganoff
Make Great Tasting Fast Food at Home
1 lb. of ground beef
1 can of mushroom pieces
1 pt. of sour cream
Brown ground beef and mushrooms and add to stroganoff mix. Cook mix according to directions on packet. When the mix is done, stir in sour cream and serve. This feeds a really hungry family of four.

Poor Man's Eggs Benadict
Something Good to Wake Up to
4-6 heat and eat biscuits
4-6 slices of american cheese
1 can of sausage gravy mix
heat the biscuits according to directions. While the biscuits are heating, make the eggs sunny side up. Warm the sausage gravy. When the biscuits are done, cut them in half. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of a biscuit and then an egg over the cheese. Pour the sausage gravy on, and voila, "poor man's eggs benadict". A quick breakfast that will bring smiles all round.

You Make Them Quick Sweet Pickles
Summer Time and the Cookin is Easy
1-2 Cups of Sugar
1/8-1/4 Cup of white vinegar
2-4 Cups of Water
Add all the ingredients except the cucumbers into a small pot. Bring to a boil. Peel the cucumbers then slice them into thin slices. Put them into the boiling mixture then shut off the stove. Let set until it cools. Pour everything into a covered container and chill in the refrigerator. Serve when ready. This is great for parties and can be made days ahead of time.

Summer Tuna Salad
You Can Make it in a Jiffy
1 Lb. Box of Sea Shell Pasta
About 5 ozs. of Frozen Peas
1/2 to 1 Cup of Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
First, cook patsa according to directions on box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold ice water until it cools off. Place the pasta in a large bowl. Rinse and drain the frozen peas off and add to the pasta. Next, open and drain the cans of tuna, then add it with the pasta and tuna. Add enough of the mayonnaise or salad dressing in the bowl to cover the mixture. Serve to your delighted family or friends and Relax.
Crab Salad on the Go
A Guaranteed Crowd Pleaser
1/2 -1 Cup of Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
2 Tsp. of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. of Dill
Put the Crabmeat in a bowl and with a fork, seperate until it's pulled apart and flaky. Add the mayonnaise or salad dressing amd mix. Next, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and dill then mix again. Sprinkle a bit of dill on top for color, then chill and serve.
Easy To Please Pizza Singles
Every One Gets What They Want!
1 Jar of Pizza Sauce
1-2 Pkgs.of Pizza Cheese (Mozzerella works best)
Asst. Pizza Toppings (Your Families Favorites)
Preheat the oven according to crescent roll directions. Open and unroll the crescent rolls on a greased cookie sheet. Spoon the pizza sauce onto the crescent rolls, then sprinkle the cheese on them. Add any other topping you wish such as pepperoni, cooked sausage, vegies, pinapple and ham, or whatever suits your fancy. Cook pizza in oven until the cheese melts, usually about 10-15 mins. Let cool and serve. Yay, everybody is happy!
