- Thanks for all of the great information. The only thing I'd like to add is that one of the ways that people succeed in losing weight is by using a calorie shifting technique which most diets don't talk about. The whole idea is to confuse the bodies metabolism. The confusion can lead to the quickest way to lose weight. There is at least 1 diet out there that uses this technique that I thought your readers would be interested in learning about. To see a review of this diet, check out a review of fat loss for idiots.
