Start thinking spring. Check out some catalogs and fashion magazines to see the new colors for this season. Check your closet, see if you have anything in those colors and build around what you already have.

The power of meditating is overwhelming not just to your spiritual life, but your day to day living. Quality meditating can help you achieve amazing accomplishments in your life.

With the not too great weather right now, I've been doing fast paced walking in place, swinging arms and kicking legs in front of my TV. Ten minutes, three times a day. Sometimes I feel so energized I stretch it to 15 minutes. I've even been known to forget to watch the clock and I'm doing even more.

Add a MUFA to every meal????? Mono unsaturated Fatty Acid. They are plant based fats, considered good for you fats that can aid in heart health and fight chronic diseases. Most recent research has found these MUFAs most likely can blast belly fat and even eliminate central fat distribution in our bodies.
Now I'm researching recipes for MUFAs, incorporating them into my daily nutritional plan, and I'll let you know how I'm doing.

Peanut butter Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
1/2 cup water
Microwave or cook on stove top
Stir in 1 tbl. of all natural peanut butter
