Smoking has to be one of the worst habits I ever chose to adopt in my life and yes it is also one of the biggest regrets I have! Quiting is by far the most difficult thing smokers will ever endure in their lives and believe me the quit smoking symptoms are no picnic either!I've tried it all, hypnosis, nicotine patches and gum, cold turkey, quit smoking books, a change in health and diet but a lass I'm still smoking!
Recently I've found this ebook online and I'm in the middle of saving up to buy the book. As I mentioned earlier I've just about exhausted all other resources readily available to help me quit!

My plan is to try and cut down on the amount of cigarettes I am smoking at the moment, so I can save enough to buy the system.
