Megalithic stone monuments can be found all over the world, some of them immense creations that require engineering feats that challenge modern scientists. They were built by cultures with very little in common and over time frames that span the millennia. I just love the mystery that surrounds their creation, who made them, how they did it, and why. And I love the stone megaliths themselves. Their forms are so unique and interesting, in some ways ancient but also there's something eternal about them that makes them relevant in some way today.
