    I think anyone who gets enough sleep everyday is very lucky. Good information makes anyone realize the importance of a good night's sleep.

    I get around 7 hours of sleep a night. I don't use an alarm clock, so I make certain to go to bed at a decent hour!

    I love this! I regularly suffer from insomnia, when I was younger my room always stank of lavender. I've tried loads of stuff, but not everything here. I'm going to start getting up at the same time everyday. Thanks!

    After chasing working or chasing kids around all day, I don't really have many problems falling asleep. Staying asleep, well that can be another story.

    Great lens! Very informative, and some great images as well! I think I do get enough sleep, for the most part. After a round of staying up late for a few days, I try to even that back out by getting extra sleep!

    Cool Lens. Lot of info I didn't know before.

    To answer your question: No I'm not getting enough sleep. I wake up every 1.5 to 2 hours, then I have to try and get to sleep again. Neighbor's dogs driving me crazy with their barking and yelping all night.

    I'm pretty sure I don't get enough sleep, if I go to bed early I get up at 3am or if I go late, I get up at 5am. I just don't have good sleeping habits. See you around the galaxy...

    I could be doing a little better but sure do notice the difference as I put sleep as a priority, I also am more productive. You may want to check your cat and mouse quiz answers...was that a subtle test?! Very nicely done with a whole lot of good sleep quality information.

    we all know sleep is a required activity, not an option. even though the precise functions of sleep remain a mystery, sleep is important for normal motor and cognitive function. wonderful article about sleep. ~blessed~

    I have bipolar and didn't sleep properly for years. I've thankfully found a medication that helps me sleep, which allows me to function within roles (mother, wife etc) during the day. Previously I was up all night, functioning on about 3-4 hours sleep, with naps during the day. It was so hard on the body. Sleep is so important; I really enjoyed this write up. Good work!

    I had the same sleeping habits as you, until recently I went to see a doctor who suggested that instead of taking medication I should set a regular 'sleep plan' (ie sleep at certain time and wake up at certain time). I tried it and I am not basically off medication. May be you can tried it with your whole family. Anyway, thanks for sharing your experience with all of us.
