United States Marines Quiz

This quiz is about America's elite military branch, the shock troops of the US armed forces, the United States Marines. I'm not a Marine; I spent three years in the Army. But I've always held the US Marines in high regard. Hence, this quiz. If you are related to, or know, a US Marine you might get half of these Marine trivia questions correct. If you've served in The Corps, you may get 8 to 9 correct. I'd be very surprised if anyone got all ten correct. If you do, you are a true student of the history of the US Marines Corps! Good luck! If you get less than three correct, you need to join the Marines to learn more about them! Thanks to all current and former US Marines for their service!

Movies About Marines From Amazon

Four documentaries and one great old Jack Webb movie, "The D.I." The D.I. dramatizes the story of a Marine drill instructor trying to whip a company of recruits into US Marines. As real as it could get in a 1957 movie. Many of the parts were played by real life Marines, and the production was overseen by USMC technical advisors. The docs include combat footage of Marines in action in WWII, Korea and the Middle East.

I can't think of anyone more deserving of our honor than our Troops who are serving our country of the United States, or our Veterans who are or did serve in the armed forces, including our war dead and those that died in boot camp training.
