Voldemort is not In "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" which is the third book. Therefore there are no quotes by him.

There is mention of Voldemort in a prophecy by Sybill Trelawney, the professor of Divination at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
