when we tape:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Please choose one)

For the morning show, arrival time is 10 a.m.

For the afternoon show, arrival time is 2:30 p.m.

Be advised that the actual taping could last up to two hours.

who's invited:

Anyone 16 or older **Sorry, no exceptions.
what to wear:

Dress to impress! All audience members should follow a business casual dress code. You'll look your best on camera in jewel-tone solid colors like deep blues, reds, greens, etc.
not permitted:

shorts
tank tops
t-shirts
ripped jeans
flip flops
sleeveless tops
sequins
hats
busy patterns
primarily white, off-white or very pale pink tops
what you should bring:

Valid photo identification
what you can't bring:

Food or drinks. (You'll be getting a "snack of the day" though! No chewing gum either, please.) Video & still cameras, recorders, cell phones, pagers, or similar electronic devices are also not permitted.
