Three reasons to love Rachel Allen

I absolutely love Rachel Allen and have become a big fan of hers after discovering her wonderful book, Home Cooking, from which I have cooked many delicious recipes, and watching her present her range of kitchen gadgets on QVC. I have her food blender and mini chopper and they are two of my most loved kitchen gadgets, perfect for whizzing up soup, baby purees, sauces, breadcrumbs and more.

Here are my top three reasons to LOVE Rachel Allen!

1. Rachel is friendly and easy to follow both in her cookery books and on her shows

2. Despite her fame as a celebrity chef, she still helps fledgling chefs by continuing to demonstrate at the cookery school where she herself trained to cook!

3. All Rachel's recipes are utterly delicious!

"Baking has always been one of my greatest joys. I have such happy memories of my sister and I when we were little standing on kitchen chairs so that we could help Mum make biscuits or buns for the family. Even today, the wonderful warm aromas of baking bread, cakes or cookies always transports me back to those times..."
