Rachael Ray is one of the most success celebrity cooks and went from scraping together the rent as a candy counter girl to a multi-millionaire with her own talk show, cooking show, magazine, and books that have sold more than 4 million copies.
Rachael Ray is the author of more than a dozen cookbooks, including Express Lane Meals and Rachael Ray 2-4-6-8: Cooking for Couples or Crowds, and host of the wildly popular "30 Minute Meals" and "Tasty Travels" shows on the Food Network.
Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels has Rachael sharing insider tips and travel secrets that will make your next vacation the tastiest yet.
Ray has also written a series of cookbooks based on the 30 Minute Meals concept, and launched a magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, in 2005. Ray teaches simple recipes that she claims can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
Ray will often prepare a salad or use various greens and vegetables to complement her dishes. Ray then began a series of cooking classes, including a course promising to teach 30-Minute Mediterranean Meals which exploded in popularity.

I don't think that this is for requests but could you please do some lactose free recipes on your show. My family is all lactose intolerant. I love you meal ideas and use them all the time.
