1. Go to the Beach! - North Beach has smooth sand, unbeatable views, available beach volleyball, and a huge park for the kids! Racine is a certified Blue Wave beach! There's a cool park for the kids, and often a live band by the Oasis. NOT TO MISS!
2. Go Boating! - Racine borders The Great Lake - Lake Michigan. Whether you own a yacht, a dingy, or choose to charter a boat for the day, GET OUT ON THE LAKE!
3. Go Fish! When it warms up enough to put away the card game, get out your poles and head to Lake Michigan or Root River for some excellent fishing. The City of Racine has a wonderful "Fisherman's Warf" that stretches the length of the gorgeous Marina. Catch 'em & Clean 'em right there! And in July... enter your prize catch in the Salmon 'a' Rama annual fishing contest & festival!
4. Go for a Walk. - Listen to your inner puppy! "Wanna go for a walk?" YES! Nature hike, geocaching, or a casual stroll... Racine has great trails, and sidewalks galore. Get out and meet the neighbors, make new friends, and enjoy the day... on foot!
