Rae Crothers has been a full-time RVer since September 2008. In this time she has established herself as an expert on full-time RVing in Canada as evidenced through her blog, ebooks, and seminar. Rae has also been featured in numerous media outlets.
RVing is just part of Rae's story. She is also a French/English translator and transcriptionist, and a lover of self-improvement.

Full-Time RVer
Rae hit the open road from Ottawa, Ontario, in September 2008 and she hasn't looked back. She has traveled across the continent to the Pacific Coast; been to Yukon, Alaska, and the western Arctic; and ventured into the northwest United States. Along the way, she has accumulated dings on her rig as she learned how to drive a 50' rig consisting of a 31' motorhome and a sub-compact towed behind, and innumerable friends.Frustrated with the lack of resources for Canadian full-timers, she decided to collaborate with another Canadian full-timer to write the ebook she wished had existed when she hit the road: Full-Time RVing in Canada.

Blogger
In the early stages of planning her switch to full-time RVing, Rae set up a blog for chronicling her adventures. Travels With Miranda discusses all aspects of full-timing life. Dig through the archives for everything from travel destination information to RV renovation tips.Rae is quite handy and there are plenty of 'did it myself' posts balanced by quite a few 'I can't believe I did that' anecdotes. They can be found on her Travels With Miranda lens.

- Hi Rae -- you sound happy in your chosen RV life. I'm a (retired) transcriptionist too - in the Medical field. But I can't transcribe French! :)
