Our activities are carried out by professionally trained instructors, speakers and guides to ensure all activities are done properly and safely. All this is uniquely done in serene jungle surroundings.

1. Is it dangerous?
We have been running rivers for years since 1993 all over peninsula Malaysia. As with all outdoor sports there is a small element of danger but all this is done in a controlled environment

2. Is it ok if I'm a non swimmer?
It's ok whether you are a swimmer or not as we provide a PFD(life jacket) and a full safety briefing to advice you on what to do

3. What should I bring?
1 set of wet clothes, 1 set of dry clothes, towel and toiletries. It is better to use sandals with a back strap and try to avoid wearing slippers or flip flops.

4. If I'm a beginner which river should I do?
Any river is ok for beginners but it would be better if you start with a lower grade river and work yourself up

5. Is there shower facilities?
Yes we do. At our to major sites at Sg Selangor, Kuala Kubu Bahru and Sg Slim, Perak we do have our own campsite with shower and toilet facilities.

6. Where do we keep our belongings?
Usually our participants will leave belongings in their own vehicles but you have an option of keeping them in our store

7. How many people per raft?
We usually fit between 5-6 person per raft

8. What should I bring in the raft?
Do not bring anything as we will provide everything during your trip

9. How many guides per raft?
We will allocate 2 guides per raft. Our guides are a very seasoned crew that loves river rafting. Our guides run many miles before they ever take a client down river.

10. What is the minimum age?
Minimum age is 12 years old

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Balance payment should be made at least 7 working days prior to departure date. Cash or crossed cheque can credited into KHERSONESE EXPEDITION SDN. BHD. account at Maybank Berhad, Account No. 564276200390, and faxing the bank-in slip to us.

No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service.
Postponement notice must be given in writing and fax to us at least 5 working days prior to departure to qualify for an alternative date.
Should the trip be postponed by Khersonese Expedition Sdn.Bhd. due to bad whether or high water level in which high risk is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.

INSURANCE
Participants are advised to take their own insurance coverage as normal insurance do not cover this activity. However, we can assist in arranging the insurance and the Premium including service charge is RM15 for a sum assured of RM50,000.00 and RM20 for a sum assured of RM100,000.00 . Minimum number of participants assured should be 6. Details needed are Full Name, IC or Passport No. and Date of Birth. Take note that maximum age requirement is 60 years old.
