Basic Skin Care Regimen
1+2+3 and that is so simple
Cleanse your face with a good cleanser every morning when you wake up. Cleanse thoroughly in gentle circular movement. Remove the cleanser with generous amount of water. Most of the people would stop splashing their face with water once they feel "Clean". However, I would splash my face 3 more times with water even when i start to feel "Clean".
For those who always put on make-ups, please use a make-up remover first, followed by a cleanser to clean.
2. Toner
Relying on a cleanser is still not good enough. How about stubborn oil or makeup that still cannot be removed with cleanser? We need a good Toner. Toner will helps to remove excess sebum or trace of make-up on your face. It also helps to tighten your pores after cleansing because our pores open while we cleanse. Apply to a perfectly cleanse face using cotton pad.
3. Moisturise
Even if you have oily skin, it does not means that you can skip moisturiser. Select a Light and Oil free moisturiser if you have oily skin. Moisturiser helps to keep the skin hydrated and moist so that your skin does not need to OVERWORK to produce natural oil. When over production of excess oils occurs, acne starts to appear. To be able to stay acne free, maintain your skin at the most optimum level so that it stay hydrated. For people with dry skin, you can go for extra moisturing creams and lotions.
With 3 simple steps daily day and night, it will never go wrong.
