About Rainbow Brite...
Rainbow Brite, whos real name was Wisp and the Color Kids fought to protect the world's color from the evil Murky Dismal and his inept sidekick, Lurky.Rainbow Brite has a talking horse named Starlight. The color sprites mine color crystals, which Rainbow uses to add color to the world. Twink is the head sprite who often accompanies Rainbow on her adventures.

Rainbow Brite was a character franchise and animated television series created by Woody Kling and introduced by Hallmark Cards in 1984. The Rainbow Brite franchise generated $1 billion in retail sales of dolls, toys and other licensed products throughout the 1980s.
Rainbow Brite made her animated debut in a syndicated prime-time special, "Peril in the Pits," first aired on June 27, 1984. Two more two-part specials were subsequently made, "The Mighty Monstromurk Menace" and "The Beginning of Rainbowland."

- Oh my God! You know how long it's been since I heard the words "Rainbow Brite?" I used to get suckered into watching that as a kid for my sister. I'll never admit to liking it... ever! Lol.
