What do you do in the rain?

    It's raining here right now. A gentle rain that is very soothing. When I used to work in the "real" world, I would often tell my co-workers that I should be home drinking coffee and reading when it rained. Now I can sit on my computer and write, or read, or run around and get wet. Lovely lens. Can I come to your school?

    Felt great after reading the lens. Really rain fills a lot of positive energy in one to have fun around. Not only rain makes one to feel great and joyful but it also plays a very crucial role in preserving and saving water to a great extent.

    It rains so seldom in Arizona that I really enjoy when it does. I usually go out in it or stand in the doorway enjoying it. Great lens!

    This was one of my Favorite activities when I was a child, playing in the Rain and it still is for many children today!

    It's rainy here this June day in the San Francisco Bay area. The sun is shining nontheless. My French Canadian mother-in-law said that they would say in that situation that the "devil and his wife are fighting about pancakes." I love the rain, and I know kids can too.

    boy i don't really like the rain but your lens changes that! i recall somewhere far in my past i used to play games in the rain and the mud makes everything more exciting and fun! cheers

    Nice lens - very fresh, positive and cheerful. [I wash the car! I also clean out the pond and stack stuff at the edge, so that the wee creatures that get accidentally pulled out can easily find their way back in the wet.]

    I love rain so much. It doesn't rain often where I live but when it does, I'm one of those people who splashes around in the rain puddles. Then I catch a cold, but I find it to be worth the while. Lovely lens! :)

    Well, the usual activities that I do with my kids on a rainy day include reading books, dancing, watching movies, cooking, and playing inside the house. It's good to know there are other fun activities that me and my kids can do. 5*

    Another fabulous learning lens, on a favorite topic of mine. 5* and lensrolled.

    My Rain Garden collects all the storm water in our yard, nurtures native plants and backyard wildlife and helps keeps the water in our creeks and rivers clean.

    Another winner, Evelyn! I love this lens. Most of us complain about the rain, but you have given me several ideas, especially when I have children around. Thanks. Five stars and a favorite.

    I like to hear the rain, and don't mind being in it if it isn't too cold. I have a brother-in-law who washes his car when it rains.

    I prefer to have my coffee, good book and enjoy.

    Great lens, great topic. I love the rain.

    When it was raining and I got off the bus from school I use to dance up the street humming "Singing In The Rain," I guess the neighbours though I was a crazy kid.

    I love this lens! I reminds me of when I was in elementary school (in the 70's and 80's) and on rainy days we would play "Heads-up, Seven-up." And. we'd make little houses/forts under our open umbrellas propped up on the floor.
