I love listening to Abraham CDs in the car. It totally raises my vibration. My toddler is a car screamer, and she seems to really respond to Abraham's energy, as she rarely screams when I have an Abraham-Hicks cd playing.

Vision boards can be powerful tools. A vision board allows you to take images of things you want to have in your life and put it in a place where you can see them and visualize already having them in your life.
Vision boards can be as simple or as complex as you want to make them. You can start out by cutting pictures out of magazines and attaching them to a piece of posterboard. You could find pictures online and put them in a folder to look at. There is even vision board software available to make a vision board that will dance across your computer screen allowing you to look at the images as well as positive affirmations you have chosen.
If you need to raise your vibration, both the process of making a vision board and looking at it will do the trick.

First off, thank you. This is a great page.
I use rebirthingenergy breathing to raise my vibration. There's no way for me to not feel great after breathing chi for an hour. I also just tell my friends and family that I love em.
