Welcome Brothers and Sisters to some insights on Raja Yoga

At this location I intend to detail my current and evolving understanding of the nature of Raja Yoga, or Kingly Science of the Soul.  Raja Yoga is closely associated with the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali.  Those simply but powerful messages that detail how one can approach the Soul.

In true scientific form I have a couple of hypothesis which will require testing:

1. That Soul's exist

2. That one can come into relationship with one's Soul through, Kundalini Yoga, chakra exercises and Raja Yoga Techniques

3. Once in relation with ones Soul, relation to the OverSoul and all souls will occur

Over this life time I look forward to testing these hypothesis for public record.

If this type of scientific approach isn't your thing, I've also found that Kundalini Yoga is a great Stress Reducer
