They call him the Buddha Boy, or the Boy With Divine Powers. They claimed that Ram Bomjon could go for eight months without eating or drinking or even moving, while he was in a meditation like that of the Siddhartha Guatama himself. What they don't tell you is that Ram Bomjon was not allowed to be examined by medical doctors, and that no one was ever allowed to see what Ram Bomjon did at night - eating, drinking, dancing, and behaving like the teenage boy he was. Ram Bomjon is a fake!

Ram never claimed any of these things. The "commitee" may have done but i don't ever remember himself bragging about any thing.
He also made the comment that "life-time sacrifices/ commitments" made by bhudda followers such as himself were being seen as meer "entertainment" he said this with a sombre tone. I don't believe he enjoys the attention.
I don't believe its right for Anyone to call him 'the saviour' or to call him a "fake".
Speculation and has a way of eventually turning anything genuine into another myth or fairy story.
Just as i said, i don't believe its right to call him either but apparently i have to choose one to submit this comment. I do not believe he's a fake.

If they cannot see what he does at night it is clear he sleeps during the day and does normal activities at night. If he doesn't sleep at night he gets fed at night and naps throughout the day.

For what purpose he is fake? If he was fake, he could have get all the money and fled already. What, RS 600,000 already received. The purpose of becoming Buddha or Bodhisathwa (who hoping to become enlightend) is to stop the rebirth and save all the living beings from life after life suffering. This could be just one life or could be the last life of becoming Buddha. Buddha found out that without eating and giving extream punishment to the body does not work, only the middle path works. He maybe going in the wrong path but he may attain the correct path.

I don't know whether he's fake or not, but keep in mind that one need not be the reincarnation of Gotama Buddha in order to still achieve buddhahood... Remember, there are many Buddhas in the past and many more to come in the future. Ram Bomjon may very well be on his path towards enlightenment, however this does not require him to be Gotama incarnate.
