How To Save America
Servant Leadership is what made America a once great nation. If we are going to save America as we know it, we need to become servant leaders. We have become selfish, lazy, corrupt and greedy in America. We no longer look to serve our fellow American, we look for ways to take advantage of him.
If we do not shift this trend there will be nothing for our children or grandchildren. We expect things to be given to us, when we need to work for them. We get our feelings hurt and want to sue people over silly things. We have no backbone and we allow ourselves to be pushed around like rag dolls. When will it stop?

How To Save America
Lead By Serving
As I look at our once proud nation I cannot help but to be alarmed by what I see. The debt is at an all time high and the moral fiber is at an all time low. Right and wrong has been corrupted far beyond what use to be referred to as a gray area. People are no longer concerned with the needs of others, but just the desires of their own hearts.
The business community has been consumed by corporate greed and appears to no longer value integrity in any form. Please understand there are some great people and great companies still left, but they are becoming extinct. You do not have to become a historian to see what made America great. If I had to label with one word it would be selflessness, people had a genuine love and respect for others.
They gave of themselves for those around them. Laziness and free loading were attributes few people exhibited or wanted to be a part of in the day. People worked hard, played hard and loved unconditionally. If we are to save America, we need to save our homes first. As the family has broken down in our culture everything has gone with it.
