How To Create A World Without Rankism
Rankism: The abuse of power inherent in rank to exploit or humiliate someone of lower rank.
It sounds extreme, a problem of politics and large-scale corporations, but Rankism is also personal. And there's a good chance that you've been both victim and perpetrator. We no longer tolerate Racism, Sexism, or Classism. It's now time to stop robbing one another of dignity through Rankism, and this handbook can guide us in our efforts.

Dignity: It's what everybody wants, what everybody needs, and what so few ever really have. DIGNITY FOR ALL spells out, in clear and compelling language, the steps required to eradicate rankism. It's a beginning--a primer, a handbook, a manifesto for the future. It outlines a pathway into a bold new world where dignity is the norm, where violations of dignity are unacceptable, and where "dignity is not negotiable."
DIGNITY FOR ALL provides a blueprint for the emerging dignitarian world, where the question is never: "Could such a world be possible?" but, instead: "How soon can we make it happen?"

- "Rankism" should be as illegal as sexism, racism, and age-ism. Managers at corporations throughout the world use rankism justify mental abuse of their subordinates without fear of HR violations--and increase their own self worth and power base at the expense of others. It's the biggest white collar crime around.
