It was rough growing up a Raptor. Sure, there are many basketball teams with animal DNA-there are the Bulls and the Bucks and the Hawks and the Hornets-but no other creature that stalks the hardcourts of the NBA has been extinct for millions of years. How could they possibly live up to the CGI enhanced man-eaters from the Stephen Spielberg blockbuster they were named after? Talk about a beastly burden.
