SINCE BECOMING A LENSMASTER I'VE NOTICED THAT ABOUT 98% OF READERS DO NOT RATE THE LENS. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER IF THE LENS THE READER JUST READ WAS HELPFUL OR NOT.  IF THE LENS LOOKS LIKE THE LENSMASTER PUT SOME REAL EFFORT INTO IT AND HAS INTERESTING CONTENT, WOULD IT PUT A CRAMP IN YOUR LITTLE FINGER TO MOUSE UP AND CLICK ON ONE OF THE STARS?

THIS LENS IS ALL ABOUT RATING SQUIDOO LENSES!!!

RATING A LENS

It Takes A Lensmaster To Rate A Lens

C'MON!!!!! Not anyone can rate a lens. It takes a lensmaster to rate a lens. My point being is if you are reading this, or any other lenses for that matter you are probably a lensmaster yourself. Do you like your lens? Do you think that you have intelligent, helpful information in your lens? Are you getting traffic to your lens?

Let me ask you a question. If a person happens to land on your lens for whatever reason and he or she reads it and finds it helpful, wouldn't you like to see your lens rated by that person? Even if that person didn't find your lens helpful but thought "hey, that is a really nice lens", wouldn't you still like to have your lens rated by that person?

C'MON, FOLKS!!!! IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO GRAB AHOLD OF YOUR MOUSE AND CLICK ON A STAR!!!! I mean it's not like the lensmaster has asked you to jump off a tall building. And the very best part about it.......IT DOESN'T COST YOU A PENNY!!!!

So the next time you read someone's lens, whether it was helpful or not, won't ya just go ahead and click on a star?

Now I can understand if you've read one of those lenses out there, and they are out there, that are just plain useless. The ones who create a title, put in their name and call it a lens. I can understand you not rating one of those. But one that makes real sense deserves to be rated.

From today on I am going to make a real effort to make sure I rate those great lenses that I come across. Won't you do the same?

There's a growing consensus in America that marijuana laws are too harsh and often counterproductive. Nonetheless a "Reefer Madness" mentality persists among some people. I wrote a lens about herbal vaporizers that I thought was pretty interesting and informative, but it only took six lifetime hits for the trolls to zero in on it. I do virtually all of my writing at The Whole Ed Cata-Blog now.

Yes, of course I want to tell you about my lens'! I have 2 so far and it is very exciting to have done them. The first one I did is called Dress Your Deck, and the 2nd one is called First Apartment Essentials. I used my own pictures because I don't know a thing about Flickr etc...do you pay for the pics, do you need permission. Hell, I can't seeem to even navigate through that site let alone figure out how to get pictures from it. (I'll learn someday).

Dress your deck is basically about making your deck inviting, functional and fun, and First Apartment Essentials is about the smaller and often little thought of items a person who's moving out on their own might not think of. (ice cube trays, flashlight, etc). It's actually sort of a checklist.
    Anyway...thanks for askin' PuddinTane.

Ok...It is my first lens about following my heart and building my dream house. It will be my dream journal. I have started with my introduction then I decided to squidilili ( check out lenses, discover buttons) and give people starz. I just gave you 5 starz, I found it funny because you were screaming. Might scare lil squids.
