What do you want

Abundance is all around us, but we must first decide what we want.

Most of the earths population runs around with their heads chopped OFF spending all their energy here there and everywhere. SSSTOP

Abundance is all there is, and there is an infinite supply waiting for all of us.

Yet whilst there is an infinite amount of abundance you must first consider what it is you want, and that can also mean having to figure out what it is you don't want.

When you figure this out it is up to your to then do whatever you can to remain walking in the direction of what excites you most, one step at a time. You don't have to to get there today you just have to get there.

Your Job is to Stay In Alignment With What You Want 

Your mind always follows your most dominate thoughts

Whatever you think about most of the time is exactly what you are attracting into your life. If you are always thinking negative thoughts then don't blame your boss or the economy for your financial situation, you have no-one to blame but yourself.

OK, I know that hurts but its all true. Even I have to compete with this, because If I have been going along having a bad day or experiencing some events that I call negative, I am in exact alignment with whatever it is that I have been thinking about.
Like attracts Like. But It does not mean that you are going to get exactly what it is you have been thinking about..

For example; I had an experience recently where I was concerned about how to grow my businesses. So because I was focused on this over several days it was no surprise to me when suddenly events happened that effected my personal finances. Now I was thinking about business pressures and because I was in vibrational alignment with these negative events and thoughts I attracted more things to feel negative about.

What did I do, I laughed at myself as there was nothing else I could do... I sat down and realized in an instant that everything was perfect as I got exactly what I had been thinking about, and now I had more things which I called negative to concern myself with.

Taking It One Step At A Time 

Walking in the direction you want to go

All we need to do is to begin to focus upon what makes us feel good. Sometimes it can be difficult to change your thoughts from one extreme to the next. But its easier to move in small steps.

It does not mean that you have to begin thinking about the exact thing you want to experience, it can simply be a matter of doing or thinking about whatever makes you feel good. if listening to music makes you feel good, then do that, if reading a good book or watching the footy or simply sitting under a tree makes your heart sing, then do that.

The action and INTENTION of moving into alignment with whatever makes you feel good will automatically begin to move you up that vibrational mountain towards the direction of whatever it is that you do want to experience.

When I discovered that I had attracted personal financial issues because i was spending time concerned about recent business issues i sat there and laughed at myself... I had accepted that I did it, I sat there for about 10 min watching the birds outside my window, smiling at the way they were chasing after each other.

This one action and deliberate intention of moving in a direction that was calming and made me feel good helped me to move forward. I then decided that there was nothing I could do about any of my business concerns so I spent the rest of the day in deliberate intention doing and thinking things that made me feel good, and now I don't even know why I was so worried in the first place

Releasing Unwanted Stress 

Some Tools To Use:

I have several methods I use to release unwanted stress and anxiety. The most obvious and simplest and yet can sometimes be difficult, is the act of just being.

Such as taking a stroll in nature, or sitting quite watching the wind in the trees. This can be difficult at times as it can lead you to think too much. But we are not talking about hours at a time, small periods can be just as effective.

Meditation is also a great way to release stress and relax. To me its not about being a monk on a hill, its about being able to relax your whole body and quite your thoughts or even being able to focus thoughts on something you want. I especially love guided meditations, they help to prevent from over thinking.

I searched a long time to find some guided meditations that I liked, these guided meditations from super manifestor are the ones I use myself most often. I have others but I find myself using these on a more consistent basis.
