P90X Reviews Conclude That The P90X Rocks!

Is there anyone who doesn't understand why we view television infomercials with a great amount of distrust in these days of ultra-hyped products?

C'mon now!

We all examine products like Tony Horton's P90X Extreme Home Fitness System carefully right? Even though we want the results it promises, we still have our doubts and fears about responding to a late-night program hawking the latest must-have gizmo.

So many slick, professional-looking television promotions seem to promise exactly what we want - almost the impossible - only not to live up to the hype.

It's understandable then why many people ask the same question - Is this more of the same hype, or does the P90X really work?

Introducing P90X (The Infomercial)

It's gonna be ugly - this is bootcamp!

This infomercial makes you want to get up and at it! See Tony Horton up front and center.

Does The P90X Live Up To The Hype?

Let's take a look about what P90X users have said about the program. Does it work? The overwhelming answer is "Hell, yes!"

First, the materials are delivered as promised.

Nobody takes your hard-earned cash and makes off with it. You receive what the infomercial promises you.

Also, there is no wasteful, environmentally unfriendly packaging to increase the 'Thud Factor' of the product. You get a neat, compact package of multiple DVDs and printed guides.

These additional materials help you to make much better use of the system quickly as well as quickly see optimum results by implementing better nutrition.

Second, the video quality itself is very professional.

It is really not gimmicky or inferior in any way. Some people complain that Tony talks too much, the more so as your familiarity with the program increases. However there is a useful feature which will allow you to turn off the commentary and only hear instructions at the beginning of the exercise.

Third and most important, the workouts themselves produce stellar results when practiced.

Make no mistake, each P90X workout will stretch you. To be honest, they are downright brutal.

This is not an unbalanced program that only does cardio, or just focuses on strength training. It is a well-developed, thorough program with a wide variety of routines - you are guaranteed not to be bored when working through the P90X System.

Overall, P90X Reviews including those at http://www.fitandtrimbody.com/p90x agree that, if you stick with it, the P90 X routines will transform your body and furthermore, they suggest that following the P90X program will propel you towards your fitness goals more effectively than anything else that is currently available.

Why Does P90X Work?

P90X works well because of muscle confusion.

What is muscle confusion?

After a while working in typical programs your muscles settle into the routine and plateau. Then what happens is that you don't see improvements happening at the rate they were before.

When you introduce muscle confusion Tony's way, you keep your muscles off balance so you never plateau.

As you keep mixing things up your muscles never know what to expect and they keep adjusting, working and improving.

I Am Obese. Can The P90X Work For Me?

It may. But first get your doctor's go ahead.

Then you've got to realize it'll take some tenacity. It's a grueling program and you'll have to stick with it long enough to experience favorable results.

No doubt about it though. You will see positive results once you stick with it.

"Just stay with it and you'll be amazed at the progress you make."
