great tips for selling real estate! if you won't mind, I'd like to add one more and it's a little thing they call home staging...If yuu want to effectively sell a house, try to hire a home stager or learn home staging on your own...Home staging businesses in San Diego , CA, for instance, are really helping real estate investors with their selling and it really gave them lots of opportunity to earn big money! anyway, thanks for sharing this lens! I have added more knowledge for real estate investing!
