REAL BOOKS FOR REAL LEARNING
Real books are those that are worth reading over again and again, generation after generation. Great books that are wholesome and improve character are real books.
THE BEST REAL BOOK
Of course the BEST REAL BOOK to start with is the BIBLE! Read it daily, alone and aloud with your children and family. Having your children copy Bible verses on a daily basis will help with memorization, handwriting and grammar. Real life lessons are learned when we hide God's Word in our hearts. Such a simple thing as this daily copy work equips our children for the future. On The Wall At The Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit:
"The art of reading requires that you develop a beautiful tolerance for incomprehension. The greatest books are the books that you come to understand more deeply with time, age, and with rereading."
