Real estate in Ghana is incredibly cheap and is a great investment.
You can buy a piece of land and build a house for next to nothing.
Alternatively, land can be purchased for commercial ventures such as hotels.
Be careful when buying land. Some people will sell the same piece of land many times and the buyers will end up in long-running court cases.
