When you talk about real estate marketing tools many techniques come to mind. This lens is devoted to sending out printed materials to prospects.
Let's narrow that down a bit. You are familiar with postcard marketing, of course. Recent developments in real estate marketing with postcards may make you want to take a new look at real estate farming methods.
The Story of Joe Girard

Joe Girard sold 13,001 retail automobiles in his sales career (no fleet sales and he was not in management). Joe averaged 6 sales a day. He sold 18 in one day and 1,425 in one year! Those are records that may never be eclipsed.
The Guinness Book of World Records calls Joe "The Greatest Salesperson In The World."
How did Joe do it? He had the determination, of course. But he also learned how to foster great personal relationships with his prospects.
His plan included sending 13 cards to the prospects each year. That's called "branding" in the advertising business.
So, over time he because associated in a good way as the "guy who sells cars" in their minds. When they were in the market for a new car, who do you think they remembered?
I found that you can do it with cards too. Read on.....
