Funny Scam Warning Signs - A Joke If You Know What To Look For
Watch Out For The Big Bad Wolf
He sure looks silly in that dress
Work at home jobs are highly sought after online. Salaries have not kept up with inflation. Gas and food prices are going up. People are having to cut their spending to make ends meet, and many want to make extra income online. Scammers who market make money products online know this, and it seems that around every corner of the internet is a new make money scam. Still, people do earn extra income online, so not all opportunities can be scams. The obvious question seems to be who can you really trust? If you are looking into earning extra income online, being aware of these three scam warning signs is important. Once you know what to look for, they are quite funny sales tactics and good for a laugh! #1 Not Enough Information
I can make a ton of cash? Great, I'm IN! By The Way, What Are We Doing Again?
#2 Overly Eager Marketing
Hey baby, can I have your email BEFORE we chat?
#3 Unrealistic Income Claims
You Can Make MILLIONS in ONE WEEK! Did you know I once was pathetic too?
Marketers will try to tap into our emotions to get us to buy. First they will tap into one of our most powerful emotional triggers, GREED. Maybe you've seen something like this before. Oh Yes, we must not forget to imagine pictures of exotic cars and piles of cash while reading this next paragraph! :-)"I'm going to tell you a secret that is going to make you $263 a day, in just ten minutes a day! Just send me $197 to get started. Then you can go to Aruba and let the AUTOMATIC CASH roll in! Don't believe me?"
Next the marketer will tell you some really sad story to bring them down to our level, to try and bond with us so we think this is really possible.
"Maybe you WILL believe me if I tell you my really pathetic but amazing story. Recently, I lost my job and I'm a lonely single mom. But that's okay, because now I make MILLIONS and you will too!"
"What? You STILL don't want my amazing product? That's okay I have your email address and I will just send you a TON of reminders until you unsubscribe!"
I hope that after reading this, when you stumble on a similar scam online, you will laugh and see the humor in it because you see right through the marketing hype! :-)
