Needing to make some extra money and only having one car in the household, I researched the internet for ways to make money online.

1. Set-up a Dedicated Email Address

I highly recommend setting up a separate email account to be used for everything related to your new survey business.
Once you have registered with lots of companies, you will start getting a LOT of invitations.
Be sure to check this email OFTEN!
The market research companies will stop sending you income opportunities if you are slow to respond or never respond.

2. Treat this like a REAL business.
A part time effort can easilly give you an additional $300-$500 a month.
If you commit and treat this as a business $1500-$2000 you could reasonably make $1500-$2000 a month. Anybody with the ability to stick with it at least a year WILL surpass these figures.

If your goal is to make a full time income, you must treat this as a job. Be sure to set aside a certain amount of hours each day to WORK your HOME BUSINESS. Do not give up after a week or 2. The difference between the people that make money in this business and those that do not is COMMITMENT. You need to commit to focus on your business for at least a year to build up a mommentum.

4. BE HONEST
When registering with be sure to add your personal information. This determins if you are qualified for specific surveys.
Do draw upon all of your life experiences such as if you have ever owned or rented a home, products that you may have purchased in the past, even if you no longer do, medications you have taken, autos you have owned etc.
Just elaborate on your experiences, the companies figure you have an opinion about everything you have ever experienced.
But be HONEST, do not lie, do not say you are a smoker and have never smoked, or the opposite sex just to get a $20 survey.
If you are not being offered many surveys, check out what info you have provided and make sure you are providing all that you can.

REMEMBER - This is NOT the lottery or an instant road to riches. This is a business and does require WORK. The work is not haed and does not require a big investment, special equiptment, years in school, or even a lot of time. You may want to make your own list of PROS and CONS before you decide if working from home is for you. I definitely would not quit a job and go full time into a home business without some type of income while you build your business.
