Las Vegas is one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. And there is no surprise here. The city is undeniably a gambleville, and that's a great reason to travel there. However, there are more of Vegas than just a gaming mecca. The city has luxury resorts and five-star hotels, outstanding dining and acclaimed shows, exclusive spas and shops, world-class golf courses and famous natural attractions. And if you never been there or forgot how much fan Las Vegas is, here are plenty of reasons for you to book your trip now and travel to Las Vegas.

Stay in Las Vegas hotels

To spend a few days in any unique Las Vegas hotels is reason enough to jump on a plane right now. Just imagine that you can have a chance to stay in Venice and have a drink in New York, dine in Paris, than drink again in Egypt - and all of that in one night. Every famous hotel in Vegas is a world in itself, you just have to choose what you prefer to be surrounded by, you just have to choose what fairy tale you want to be in. And it is true, to be in a Las Vegas hotel, it is like to be in a fairy tale. Here are my personal favorites among Las Vegas hotels.

Luxor Hotel & Casino - spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with breathtaking views on top of 350 feet pyramid. Spa suites are even more remarkable experience. Each Luxor Spa suites features separate living and bedroom areas, plus you can relax soaking in your very own private spa tub enjoying panoramic view of Vegas. The hotel was voted one of the top 50 resorts in the world by discriminating readers of Gourmet Magazine.

The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino - newly remodeled suites with Roman décor - reminiscent of modern European ambience. Plus, gondola rides and cobblestone walkways, beautiful piazzas and expensive shops, street performers and high-end art exhibits - the Venetian is a unique opportunity to experience upscale culture of Venice right in a heart of Las Vegas.

New York-New York Hotel & Casino - The tallest hotel on the Vegas Strip replicates Manhattan skyline with 12 New York-style skyscrapers and its most famous landmarks, all the while evoking the Big Apple's sights, sounds, and tastes. If you never stayed in Manhattan hotel, but always wanted to experience it, that's your chance - the best of Manhattan presented luxuriously for you in New York-New York Hotel.

Bellagio - Hotel's lobby features 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers; hotel's conservatory and botanical gardens display hundreds of exceptionally gorgeous plants, flowers and trees; hotel's rooms are an elegant combination of contemporary wood furnishings and artwork with traditional fabrics and accessories. Attention to details - that's how you can describe a stylish and luxurious atmosphere in Bellagio hotel.

Wynn Las Vegas Hotel - This is only casino resort in the world that received the Mobil 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond and Michelin 5 Red Pavilions awards. Decorated with replicas of art from Steve Wynn's art collection, the hotel rooms offer spectacular views through wall to wall floor to ceiling windows. Custom pillow-top beds, armchairs with ottomans, fluffy towels and 320-thread-count linens - everything in your room is screaming luxury and style.

To have a dinner in one of many acclaimed Las Vegas restaurants is another reason to travel to Vegas. Paris and New York are probably culinary capitals of the world, but Las Vegas offers quintessence of all best culinary from around the world in its array of internationally acclaimed names of chefs and venues. If you love fine dining in elegant surroundings, if you want to have gourmet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you wish to try best of different cuisines - Las Vegas is the place to be. Just look at long list of Las Vegas restaurants and you would realize that you have to spend at least a couple weeks in Vegas to have a bite in all best of them. Here are my personal favorites.

Le Cirque and Picasso at Bellagio Hotel are both offer fantastic culinary experiences, both have AAA Five Diamond awards for many years and both stylishly designed. For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his culinary magic to Las Vegas with a high respect to exquisite French cuisine. At Picasso legendary Spanish chef Julian Serrano's menu is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Picasso spent much of his life. The restaurant also boasts a wine cellar stocked with more than 1,000 bottles from the finest European vineyards. Picasso masterpieces, as well as a collection of his charming ceramic pieces, further delight the senses of diners enjoying the Picasso experience.

Joël Robuchon, is one of the best among upscale restaurants in Vegas. Internationally acclaimed French Chef Joël Robuchon chose the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to open his first restaurant in the USA. You don't have to fly to Paris for this once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience, you can try this impeccable cuisine in a friendly elegant atmosphere right here in Vegas. Very expensive but it is worth every penny.

Mandalay Bay is home for four outstanding restaurants, each is worth a visit. Alain Ducasse's Mix, located in the top of the hotel, features classic French and American dishes as well the chef's signature dishes from his restaurants in Paris and Monte Carlo. Plus, designed in white and silver, with sweeping staircases, mid-century modern furniture and a stunning 24-foot chandelier of 15,000 hand-blown glass spheres, Mix's setting is as much of the experience as the cuisine. The Fleur de Lys offers contemporary French cuisine in a sexy soulful atmosphere features with a live floral sculpture of more than 3,000 fresh-cut roses formed to shape a giant leaf. Red Square with an impressive caviar selection, Russian specialties and a famous frozen vodka bar will transport you to the intrigued world of Russia. STRIPSTEAK offers fantastic classic steaks artistically prepared using a special signature heating and grilling method.

Bouchon, at the Venetian Hotel, like the original bouchons of Lyon after which it was modeled, serves an award-winning menu of bistro classics and daily specials, under supervision of "America's Best Chef" Thomas Keller. If you never tried his French Laundry in Napa Valley or Per Se in New York, then you have a chance here in Vegas.

Alex, at Wynn, offers you an exquisite dining experience that you can only find on the French Riviera. Chef Alessandro Stratta brings Riviera cuisine to perfection at this unique restaurant in Las Vegas. One of the most special dining experiences in Vegas, Alex restaurant as well as staying at Wynn hotel itself could be a reason enough to travel to Las Vegas.
