    I have just become interested in reborn babies. My most recent purchase is a so truly real "breathable" Maggie doll. Because I am a beginner, I started out small. I just love the way that the dolls look. They are so realistic in looks.

    beautiful, i am an aged care nurse and when i went to one of the clients houses for the usual visit i came across her baby she was jst beautiful i love the look of them dearly n am jst waiting for the right baby it will take time and i thinking of it as labour, lol

    Fascinating lens. When I first learned about these dolls I spent hours looking at them on ebay just because they look amazingly real and beautiful when created by a talented artist. Nicely done. :)

    Amazing. I had never heard of these dolls before. It makes me wonder if they can do my sons (teens now) as dolls? What about my husband? Myself?

    I just discovered them last night my husband is deployed & I am looking for something fun to do to kill the time. I am making these while he is gone and I will test them on him, if he thinks it is a real baby I will sell them!

    I wonder when they come up with "custom reborn people" from our personal lives. The possibilities are endless! One could "reincarnate" a loved one, "bring back" an abusive person from the past (for a little daily butt-kicking}, or a replica of any person for "company" - preferably with digital voice capabilities. My goodness - I'm thinking about custom chips with certain moods. So, whenever you talk to that doll, it answers with kind, romantic, irritated (for your dysfunctional family needs!), or any other programmed phrases. Good-bye loneliness! I'm blessing this lens!

    Excellent lens about reborns, very informative. I see you have a picture at the top of a reborn doll, originally by artist Waltraud Hanl, and then she was reborn by another accomplished artist. Do you perhaps know who the reborn artist of this specific doll was? I'm currently busy with Ashton Drake Dollsblog and would really appreciate it if you could assist me with this.
