Naturally, the question whether this is legitimate crosses my mind. Why am I not told about this in school? Why did my optometrist know nothing about eye exercises?
I have been told I was genetically myopic and that there's nothing I can do but to accept that fact and wear glasses for the rest of my life.
But is it true? Are there second opinions? If so, why are we told to rest our eyes after a certain amount of time spent reading? Doesn't that hint you that what we do, DO affect our eyes?

Why Is Rebuild Your Vision Not Publicly Known?
But before I go in depth about the exact steps you can follow to rebuild your vision, I want to address the question of why we are told about this.The reason I want to do this is to get any doubts that is still lingering in your mind... out of the way.
Ok, so why are we not told about this? Simple, it's the reason for any cover-up: money.
Did you know that the optical industry is a multi-billion dollar industry? It was worth $30.2b... 10 years ago. How much do you think it's worth now?
If there's a natural alternative to glasses, contacts and lasik surgeries, how much do you think the industry will lose? How many people will be out of jobs and how do you think it will affect the artificially inflated economy?
It will be devastating at first and nobody in power really wants that to happen do they?!
What's The Alternatives To Rebuild Your Vision?
Ok, so you don't want to wear glasses but you also don't want to use the rebuild your vision program. What are you alternatives?Well, there's...
1. Lasik surgery. It's expensive and contrary to the public's knowledge, it's not guaranteed. 2. Then there's intacs. It works by implanting a small half circle ring into the cornea. Now, I don't know about you but having something planted into my cornea doesn't sound too appealing to me... and although it's reversible if something goes wrong, it's also expensive and some side effects are bound to occur.
3. The last choice is of course, contact lenses. It's basically glasses only inside your eyes. I've tried this for a year and it's just horrible. It's a high heel shoes - you look better on them but it's pain to wear it.
Guess what? There's really no other choice!

Rebuild Your Vision By Sketching
"Sketching" is one of the most beneficial habit you can pick up to improve your sight.Natural vision teachers call it different names. Bates called it "shifting" and here's what it is according to him in his Better Eyesight Magazine 1927,
"Shift your glance constantly from one point to another, seeing the part regarded the best and other parts not so clearly. That is, when you look at a chair, do not try to see the whole object at once; look first at the back of it, seeing that part best and other parts worse... This is centralizing... Your head and eyes are moving all day long."
I was totally stumped by this when I first discovered it. Being myopic since I was 8, I forgot how I use to look at the world. I've always thought to everything clearly is the way nature meant it.
But as you can see from that quote, that's the case. It's important to note that "sketching" is a habit, not an exercise. Practice it often enough and you'll find it seeps into you like water to sponge.
People with perfect eyesight don't even realize they are doing it.
To help you "sketch" - and therefore rebuild your vision - it's useful to imagine that there's brush attached to the front of your nose and as you look something, you are "sketching" the picture.
The point of the brush is to remind you to move your head as you sketch, not just your eyes.
This is the natural way to see and it puts the least strain on your eyes.
Blinking Can Aid You In Rebuilding Your Vision
Did you know that blinking alone can help you rebuild your vision? I bet you don't. Here's what Bates has to say about blinking,"The normal eye when it has normal eyesight blinks quite frequently... Blinking is necessary in order to maintain normal vision continuously... Blinking is a rest, it prevents fatigue... it improves the sight in myopia..."
Blinking is another one natural habit that got lost in our society, partly due to the fact that we like to stare.
Stop reading for a minute and count how many times you're blinking in a minute...
Most of us don't blink enough. Ideally, people should blink about once every 2 - 4 seconds. Note the amount of blinks a person with normal eyesight has and you'll see that Bates was right.
Blinking is like a little massage for our tired eyes so make sure you do it adequately.
Again, it's a habit to be picked up. At first it might require some effort to perform but once you got used to it, you don't even notice you're blinking so frequently!
How Breathing Can Be Beneficial For Your Vision
And so Is Yawning!
Just as blinking is a beneficial habit to rebuild your vision, breathing if done properly, is also essential to perfect eyesight.Here's what Bates said in his Better Eyesight magazine 1923,
"Many people with imperfect sight are benefited by breathing. One of the best methods is to separate the teeth while keeping the lips closed, breathe deeply as if one were yawning. When done properly one can feel the air cold as it passes through the nose and down the throat. This method of breathing secures a great amount of relaxation of the nose, throat, the body generally, including the eyes and ears."
The breathing he was talking about in that magazine is, of course, abdominal breathing. If you have been breathing shallowly, you're in for a shock: when you breathe, it's your stomach area that should rise, not your chest.
Here's an exercise you can do. Lie on your back and put a small pillow below your knees. Place one of your hands on your stomach and the other one on our chest. Exhale all your breath from your lungs and when you inhale again, your stomach should rise first followed by your chest, rising only slightly.
Which brings to my next point: Yawning is is also essential to perfect vision! Babies and other mammals naturally yawn, so should human adults! According to Thomas R. Quackenbush in his book Relearning To See,
"Yawning helps maintain a proper pH level in the bloodstream. it also pumps cerebral spinal fluid"
* Yawning does not mean you're bored, it only means you're tired or relaxed. It has nothing to do with an individual's interest level.
My Experience With Rebuild Your Vision
I purchased rebuild your vision about a year ago, while looking for information on how to get rid of my glasses online.Naturally, I was skeptical but did anyway. "What have got to lose?" I thought.
Reserving 30 minutes everyday to the eye exercises recommended is inconvenient. Frankly, I missed 3 days for every week I did the exercises and I actually stopped doing it for a whole 3 months because I was just too lazy.
But as I was cleaning my table one day, I came across the package again. I decided to give it a month in which I do the eyesight exercises recommended in rebuild your vision. If I don't see any results, I'll stop doing it and refund my package.
Guess what? My eyesight did improve, from -5.00 to -4.50. I thought it was a coincidence and so I continued doing the vision exercises for another month. Naturally my eyesight naturally improved again.

Supplements That Helps Speed Up The Process
And if you add it to your eye exercises and slowly changing your bad vision habits, you'll soon realize that the supplements can really speed the process of rebuilding your vision up.

That's very interesting. I found when I started taking an anti oxidant my eyesight improved dramatically. I will have to add the exercises as well.
