Kicking and Screaming my way around the kitchen......
Every Tuesday on my blog, Black Belt Scrapping, I feature a new recipe. Most are tried and true recipes that I make for my family, and quite a few of those are quicker, healthier versions of old recipes that have been around for a long time. I try to vary the types every week, from entrees to appitizers, from desserts to party foods. My family and I love to eat, and I love to be creative in the kitchen. I hope you'll find something here that makes your mouth water as well! I have included all of my 2008 recipes.
3 things you should know about my recipes
I always try to feature recipes that are easy to make, with common ingredients that you probably already have around your house, or in your pantry
Most of the time I try to use healthier cooking methods and substitute ingredients to lower the fat content, the sugar content, and the calorie content of traditional recipes. Now and then I will post something sinful, however, because life isn't fun without a splurge now and then!
Most of my recipes can be prepared in less than thirty minutes.

- This is very nice. Well done.
You have to be a computer geek to check this stuff out daily. My experience with technology; email is more than enough for my limited brain. I don't multi-task with technology as much as a lot of people do... every day... Face Book, Blogs, emails, etc.
There is so much info out there, at times it is overwhelming!
