I love collecting and sharing recipes with others as well as developing new recipes for my family and friends. As a busy mom, I prefer quick and easy recipes that I can prepare with the children. It's important to involve kids in the cooking process, to encourage their creativity, and teach them healthy food habits. Our family happens to be vegetarian, so many of the recipes on this lens are healthy, and meatless.

If you can only have one cookbook on your shelf, this should be it. It has good basic instructions for novice cooks, and wonderful wholesome recipes for all. I love this 3 ring binder version, because you can remove the pages to clip to your fridge while working, and you can add your own clippings and family recipes, as well.
Everyday Italian: 125 Simple and Delicious Recipes
This is a fantastic book. I received this for my birthday last year, and it is one of my favorites. The recipes are delicious, exotic, and easy to make.

I just received this cookbook for my birthday and I would highly recommend it. The book is full of great classic dishes made vegan style, and quick to prepare. It also features beautiful photos and easy instructions.
