Tuna Noodle Casserole

I got this old recipe for Tuna Noodle Casserole from my mother in the 1950's. I used to fix dinner for my parents so that when they got home from work, it was sitting on the table. This was so easy!

1 12 oz pkg of noodles
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of tuna ( I use water packed tuna)
milk to taste

Boil water for noodles. Cook noodles 8-10 minutes. Add mushroom soup and tuna. You may eat this this way. My children do not like it baked. But the original recipe calls for baking 20 minutes at 350 degrees and adding potato chips on the top.

One can add cheese, mushrooms or peas as you wish. This meal can be ready in 15-35 minutes depending on whether you bake it or not.
