Now the use of recruiting software has really increased alot. The process of employing the desired candidate in various sectors such as Private and Government agencies, offices etc is called as Recruitment. There can many reasons for recruiting such as starting a new business, Advertising, hiring new employees in the place of old employees who left the company. Ultimately, the reason for recruiting is to serve or work for that company. At times, if need arises, the company themselves recruit the candidates to serve clients in a more efficient manner.

The process of recruitment may differ from business to business, company to company. The requirements or openings are publicized by means of many available resources such as Television, Newspapers, employment agencies, posting ads in shops, other companies and of course brochures. This is to have numerous, worthy candidates for the requirements. Few recruitment firms conduct job marathons and online recruitments as well. Few companies never post their requirements in any of the sources mentioned, they only offer specifically for the company employees. Ultimately, every capable individual or an employee who needs a job would have to attend the process of recruitment.

The initial phase of interviewing or recruitment method is either advertisement or application through online. Once if the candidate is succeeded with the first round of Interview he has to apply the online application form. In many private and public departments one has to submit the application forms in hand then they are shortlisted and scheduled for an Interview. Few companies go for the second round of Interview for certain candidates. Few companies not always but at times they select the candidates after the Interview. Mostly all the government and Private firms, and other companies require the candidate to go through all the rounds of Interview and other process involved before finally he is offered that job.

Most of the private Multi National Companies, government sectors conduct medical test for the candidate who appear for the Interview for the job concerned. HR recruiting software is used extensively by HR team. If one fail to pass the medical examination (test) he is disqualified for the job. Those applying for the jobs such as Nurse, Teacher or any jobs similar to them, they have to produce the clearance certificate from police department free from any criminal activities or any legal disputes. If find any cases registered on him then he is disqualified for that requirement.
The best example is Airforce, to pursue career in Airforce the candidate has to undergo physical testing to test the personality and stamina of the candidate and psychological examination to check the mental status or how far he is fit enough to handle or supervise on tough times.

An aspiring soldier can be ascertained with similar type of tests for a best position in the field concerned. In certain corporate Multi National Companies, other corporate commercial firms the candidate has to under training for a consecutive time period which we otherwise call as probation period. Once he is successfully done with the probation period he is placed permanently for that post in that organization.

The last phase of recruitment includes signing agreement between the company and the Employee or package for the employee. The package includes the details of the company, salary, company pensions, company holidays and other allowances, Leaves allotted to the candidate and other terms and conditions.
