It's too bad this show discriminates against the hearing impaired. I'd buy all the vids but they aren't closed captioned or subtitled in English. PBS had to add captions. He's funny, but inconsiderate of certain classes of disabled people. If there are any new releases that are captioned or subtitled in English, then I'll retract this. I realize the show was originally made before captioning or subtitling became law in the US but you'd think Canadians, the way they're so french conscious that they'd also be handicapped persons conscious. There's been plenty of time to remaster them and add the words. Anyway... love the show when I can understand what's being said. Even PBS never captioned the 'shorts' so I've never been able to enjoy those.

Red Green is one of my favorite shows. He makes me laugh! He taught me to use the handyman secret weapon!

HaHa!! Car Soccer! What a concept! I think it is a young person's sport. And all of these are simply adorable!!

The Red Green Show is vintage Canadian, I think! Thank you!

Have never heard of it but no doubt would enjoy it. It is not Canadian spelling, rather just plain old English spelling. I spell the same way.

What a fun lens!! I hadn't heard of Red Green. Unless it comes to BBC America, we won't stand much of a chance of seeing this program, but now I'll know what to watch for.

Duct tape, old men and vans... can't do much better. I visited Canada for the first time in my life last weekend and really really enjoyed myself. Impressed! When the Toronto airport, where I had a layover from western mass. to Regina, Saskatchewan, cleaning lady had a Rubbermaid cart and new materials to work with I knew I was in a country that did NOT do things on the cheap! ha!

My favourite :-) kind of comedy. Dry and clean. The rarest form these days. I've never heard of Red Green but I'm glad to know about them now. 5*'s

I was introduced to Red Green while watching Canadian shows broadcast on Seattle's public television station. It's hilarious! Thanks for making a lens about a great show!

Good job Liz - sadly I'm not a huge fan of Canadian comedy - I guess I'm not as patriotic as I should be but....I always enjoyed Bob & Doug MacKenzie on SCTV and I have enjoyed many episodes of the Trailer Park Boys. Many funny famous people have come out of Canada though - Mike Myers and Jim Carrey are just two of them!
