    Red velvet cake is the best! This was the official birthday cake of my grandmother. She made it for us whenever any of her grandchildren had a birthday. Your recipe looks just like hers (based on what I remember). She, too, used the cream cheese frosting. Heavenly!!

    Oooh, I love red velvet cake. I can't wait to try your recipe, especially since I don't need to add a ton of red food coloring. Loved the lens.
