Set on the main drag of Holbeach the Red Lion is a deceptively large pub. As well as a large bar and restaurant area it boast a large, upstairs function room. This can seat approximately 100 and is ideal for meetings and private functions.
The pub is currently suffering from the neglect of a previous tennant, and seriously in need of a refurb. The kitchen is not currently open, and the lack of a food offer hampers it's trade.
That said there is a nice group of local who are loyal to the pub, and maintain it's pleasant atmosphere. Given a cash injection this could once more become a thriving village pub.
