Drifting refers to a driving technique and motorsport where the driver intentionally over steers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels through turns, while maintaining vehicle control and a high exit speed. As a motor sport, professional drifting competitions are held worldwide. Drift racing challenges drivers to navigate a course in a sustained sideslip by exploiting coupled nonlinearities in the tire force response. Modern drifting as a sport started out as a racing technique popular in the All Japan Touring Car Championship races over 30 years ago. Motorcycling legend turned driver, Kunimitsu Takahashi, was the foremost creator of drifting techniques in the 1970s. He is noted for hitting the apex (the point where the car is closest to the inside of a turn) at high speed and then drifting through the corner, preserving a high exit speed.

- Red Bull racing looks like something you don't want to blink your eyes for with the push to the edge. I love the picture of fans on that little hill but it just doesn't look like a safe place to be with all this power zooming by.

- I think you should sponsor bull riding as well as it is one of the most extreme sports ever and is really starting to take a large effect on the world my friend Jacob Morrow in the NRA National Riding Assosiation Australia deserves to get sponsored and will make the red bull company MILLIONS as he has just turned 18 and is one of the youngest open Bull riders in Australia ever.
