I use Red Heart in addition to "I Love This Yarn" from Hobby Lobby and Caron OnePound solid colors for a knit/crochet ministry at my church that collects 6"x6" or 8"x8" granny squares/afghan squares and pieces them together into afghans for children on dialysis. My lens about it is kidney-afghans-for-kids.

Great lens, but I'm sure my sister already has plenty of yarn....I'll still send her this way though, as long as she doesn't wanna store it at my apartment again! =)

Some Red Heart is ok, but I do have a lot of it in my stash and do use it quite a bit, so, yeah, I like it!

Red Heart is my favorite for afghans! I crochet and I'm pretty sure that the monster yarn stash is a rule whether you knit or crochet ('cause I'm sure following it :o) 5*

First time I've visited this lens. Great overview of Red Heart Yarn - my favorite to use when I do pick up that crotchet hook.

Can I reference yours in my yarn section?

That's a lot of yarn! I'm a weaver and a knitter, and I have a whole room for my yarn, mostly on cones of several pounds each. I just love those colors.

At once time we owned a variety store. We sold Red Heart yarn. It was always such fun to shop for our store. I just couldn't resist some of the beautiful yars.
    Great lens. 5 stars.

OMGosh, you should have seen my stash before Iwent to Africa in 2004! I took up another load in 2005, but I'm always getting donation yarn to knit with for local shelters. Right now, I just want about 12 skeins of Patons Pebble yarn in "Gemstone" to knit the jacket of my dreams! ARRGGHHHH!!! 5 stars for letting me know I'm not alone in my mania. ;)
