- I am from Southern Ohio so I have some redneck in my blood. We used to fish for crawdads in the hole by using a string and a bent pin with a little bait on the hook. We used the tails to go fishing. If we caught softcraws in the "crick", they were better and you could also eat 'em! ha! Blessed.
