Step 3 - Reduce your stress levels

Stress, or adreneline (the result of stress), is one of the primary causes of high blood pressure. Reduce it and the blood pressure reduces naturally

Step 4 - Increase Your Exercise Levels.

Just adding 10 minutes of low level exercise a day can dramatically help with blood pressure issues.
