Easy Peasy Halloweeny Referee Costume

This is a great costume if you want a chance to blow your whistle! A Referee Costume can be easy to find at Goodwill or another inexpensive store. Black skirt or pants and a black and white striped shirt. Don't forget the whistle! You can also find variations of a Referee Costume if you want a different look. My daughter wore one of the sexy ones and looked great! She's 30 and her birthday is October 30th so this is one of her favorite holidays. She usually goes to at least 3 or 4 clubs and of course, needs a different look for each club.
