Delicious Peach Refrigerator Cake
a yummy treat for any occassion
A Peach Refrigerator Cake is a no cook (no bake) cake recipe that requires simple and readily available ingredients. The procedure is very simple that even children can make them with no trouble at all.
This is a great recipe for very busy Moms who want to make special treats for their family without having to slog in the kitchen for hours on end. Plus, this is a great recipe for people who believe they possess very little or no cooking skills... because you don't need to cook anything!
Ingredients
- condensed milk (about 14 ounces)
- 8 ounces all purpose cream
- 8 to 12 pieces graham crackers
- 30 ounces sliced peaches (canned also works well)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and table cream. Mix thoroughly and then refrigerate the mixture for three hours to thicken it.
2. In a serving dish (of your preference), place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
3. Take the refrigerated condensed milk mixture and pour half over the arranged graham crackers.
4. Spread the mixture until the crackers all well covered.
5. Place a row of sliced peaches on top of the mixture.
6. Top it off with another layer of graham crackers.
7. Pour and spread the remaining mixture evenly over the second layer of graham crackers.
8. Place the remaining sliced peaches on top.
9. Refrigerate overnight.
10. Before serving, you can top it with whipped cream or any other topping if you prefer to do so. Serve.

Delicious Mango Refrigerator Cake
a mouth-watering no bake, no cook dessert

- Prep Time: 40 - 45 minutes
A Mango Refrigerator Cake is one yummy treat. Imagine the juicy sweetness of ripe golden mangoes in every bite of dessert... heavenly.
Ingredients
- 6 large ripe mangoes (approximately 3 kg or 6.5 lbs)
- 500 g Graham Crackers
- 500 ml mango juice or puree (2 cups)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 500 ml heavy cream (2 cups)
- 375 g confectioner's sugar (icing sugar)
Instructions
This dessert requires three layers
1. Wash, peel and slice the mango thinly. Carefully slice the flesh away from the pits. Set aside.
2. Dip the Graham Crackers, one at a time into the mango juice until it is saturated and then place a layer of the biscuits at the bottom of your serving dish or tray. Set aside the remaining biscuits (for the upper layers)
3. Beat the cream cheese and heavy cream together in a mixer, gradually adding the sugar as you go along beating until the mixture is smooth. Spread a layer of the mixture on top of the biscuits. Set the remaining mixture aside.
4. Arrange one layer of the mango slices over the cream cheese mixture. Set aside the remaining slicer for use in the remaining two layers.
5. Place a second layer of biscuits (dipped in mango juice) over the first layer. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits and some sliced mangoes on top of that.
6. Repeat the procedure once more time until you have three completed layers.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 5-6 hours, or overnight, before serving.

This is one great Refrigerator Lemon Cheesecake That requires very little effort. It can be made in a few minutes and is great for those times when you need to have something yummy prepared for a birthday or a get-together.
Ingredients
- 10 Digestive Biscuits
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 125 g cream cheese
- juice of one lemon
Instructions
1. Put the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them until powdery. (you can use a rolling pin or your hands)
2. Place the crushed biscuits into your lined bowl or serving dish. Mix the softened butter with the crushed biscuits and spread evenly across the bottom. This is the crust. Chill.
3. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cream cheese until smooth. (You can use a whisk) and then add the juice of one lemon. Mix again.
4. Take out the chilled crust and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
5. Refrigerate until firm. Serve and enjoy
** You can use toppings of your choice if desired.
