I have been using Reiki Universal Energy as part of my energy healings for 10yrs. Reiki is just one of the healing modalities I have studied and incorporate into my everyday life. What is Reiki (Pronounce Ray-Kee)

Reiki is a natural healing method that enables you to transfer energy from one person to another using the Universal Light Force Energy. Reiki universal energy is guided by a higher power therefore with the positive intension it will do no harm. When using Reiki universal energy is it is directed to whatever area it is needed. You will only ever receive as much reiki energy as you need, there is no such thing as "too much reiki". Your body will only take as much reiki universal energy that it needs.

Who can Benefit from Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing method that enhances physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health by channeling life force energy. Anyone or anything can benefit from reiki energy. A lot of people believe that if you don't believe in the reiki energy that it won't work. This is not my belief. I believe that it doesn't matter if the recipient doesn't believe it will still work. I have personally worked on people who have never used, don't understand or believe in Reiki and yet have it work for them. As long as your intention is to heal for the highest good you can heal your family, friends, pets and even plants with the reiki energy.

You can find many places on the internet where people are offering reiki attunements. Some even charge outrageous prices for this privelage. The way I see it is that anyone who is interested in learning to use Reiki for the benifit of themselves and others should be able to receive this gift. Over the comming weeks I will be offering free Reiki Attunements distantly. This will not cost you anything it will be free of charge and my gift to you for a willingness to learn.

Tip: Working with Reiki Energy Healing Symbols

One of biggest challenges for people new to using Reiki energy healing is after they receive the Usui Reiki energy healing symbols and attunements they begin to worry about whether they are doing the symbols right - in the right order and what will happen if they do them wrong. I have certainly been there and done that. I would recommend that you let go of the worry and perfectionism and focus on the flow of Reiki healing energy through your hands. Once you hardwire the Reiki energies into your consciousness (usually done at the workshop where you receive the Reiki attunements) they will flow naturally more by intent than in focusing on the symbols.

Reiki Attunements

Reiki Attunements are received from a Reiki Master.The Reiki Master passes Reiki energy into the recipients aura/spiritual body so they can directly benifit from reiki themselves. The Reiki Master attunes the recipient's frequency to permanently recieve reiki energy.

There are 3 levels of attunement.
level 1 is the basic level where you receive the reiki energy and can start to learn how to use reiki to heal, yourself,family and friends.

Level 2 is the next stage where you get a boost of reiki energy so that your healings become more powerful with the introduction of sysmbols and distant healing.

Master Level is the final stage where you become a Reiki master and receive more of a boost with the introduction of the master sysmbols. At this level you are also able to teach and attune others to the reiki energy.

Nice page - informative and very interesting! My daughter has had reiki therapy but I never have. I think it would be terrific...must check into that.

Awesome lens, definitely 5 stars for this lens. Oh by the way just to add on your very informative post: EFT is a method of energy healing that is swiftly applied, direct, versatile and readily measurable. For all these reasons, I would recommend the method for anyone interested in healing work.

I was actually exposed to the method before I even knew what it was. While I was in a group, having EFT training, to absorb information faster I was taught a technique to release and eliminate the over-critical thoughts and behavior we engage in when trying to learn something new. This made the learning process itself a lot more fun, and naturally that sped up my comprehension.

Much later, I was exploring different ways of dealing with emotional pain and inner resistance. I'd mapped out a few different things to try and one was, you might have guessed, the same method from before. Only then had I discovered the name.
